Hill, a former Blackpool FC trainee, follows Ben Robson in through the doors as Ward continues to mold his side ahead of the eagerly-anticipated 2024/2025 season.
Most recently with Sheffield FC in the Northern Premier League Division One East, Hill also lists a successful spell in Salford City's youth system amongst his CV and his signing ends a long-standing chase from Tom Ward for his signature.
"We've been pushing for Cam for two years" said Ward on Wednesday.
"With his pedigree, we are naturally very excited about him joining us. Cam is a big personality who has fitted in well, and he'll be a big threat in both boxes. I'm delighted to finally get him over the line."
At 6ft 5" Hill has built himself a reputation as a real powerhouse. Strong in the tackle and with an excellent sense of danger, Hill adds more firepower to an already exciting backline and is equally dangerous on the attacking front, posing particular problems from the opposition at set-pieces.
Hill himself was delighted to get the move done and hopes he can help push the Greens back into the United Counties League Premier Division North play-off places this coming campaign.
"I'm buzzing to get this move done and join a top group who narrowly missed out on the play-offs last season. Hopefully I can come in and help us go that one step further. I can't wait to get the season started!"
Elsewhere Ward also confirmed that full-back Jake Henderson has resigned for the Greens for the forthcoming season. Henderson joined the Greens midway through last season from Pinchbeck United and was beginning to show himself as a quality addition before an injury at Hucknall Town cruelly cut his campaign short.
Henderson will now link back up with former captain and teammate Ben Robson at the MKM Ground and will hope to rediscover the form he was showing prior to his injury.
"I've known Sleaford is where I wanted to be this season for a while now" says Henderson on the ease of his decision to stay in NG34 this season.
"The club is full of ambitious, hard-working people, which hopefully reflects in the league table at the end of the season."
